AgjentiAI is a service that lets businesses answer the private messages their customers send them on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and WhatsApp, with the help of artificial intelligence. A business connects its own Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or WhatsApp Business number; its staff see every conversation and can take over at any time.
Only to answer your messages on behalf of the business, within the standard 24-hour messaging window, and to hand the conversation to the business's staff when needed. Messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate the reply. We do not send promotional or unsolicited messages, we do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Conversations are stored so the business can see and follow them. Access tokens are stored encrypted on the server and are never shown in a browser. When a business disconnects a channel, its tokens are deleted. The business can delete conversations at any time.
You can ask for your data to be deleted by writing to the business you were in contact with, or to info@trendsolution-ks.com. If you used Facebook Login with AgjentiAI, removing the app in your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and websites) sends us a deletion request, and the conversations linked to your identifier are deleted automatically.

Mesazhet përpunohen nga ofruesi ynë i AI (Anthropic) vetëm për të gjeneruar përgjigjen. Nuk dërgojmë mesazhe promocionale apo të paftuara, nuk i shesim të dhënat tuaja dhe nuk i përdorim për reklama.
Bisedat ruhen që biznesi të mund t'i shohë dhe t'i ndjekë. Tokenët ruhen të enkriptuar në server dhe nuk shfaqen kurrë në shfletues; kur biznesi shkëput një kanal, tokenët fshihen. Biznesi mund t'i fshijë bisedat në çdo kohë.
